Greetings,
I want to provide everyone with an update on the current status of Tony Catroppa’s (DBA Tony C’s Hots NWA) change of entertainment application for a Gentleman’s Club. The ABC Director plans to make a decision by this Friday, Nov. 10.
We need to send as many letters to the ABC as we can. Letters must be mailed to:

It is very important that your letter states your reason for opposition to the proposed change, and that it is signed with your name, address and phone number so the ABC can verify.
The Prairie Creek Association will host a town hall meeting on Monday, Nov. 13, beginning at 7:30 PM to update the community and discuss next steps.

The Prairie Creek community is a family-friendly community and serves as a gateway to Beaver Lake. The neighborhoods along Arkansas Highway 12 East are home to more than 1,000 families of all ages who choose to live amid the natural beauty and outdoor recreation opportunites afforded by the bluffs surrounding Beaver Lake.
It is my position that Tony Catroppa’s (DBA Tony C’s Hots NWA) request for a Gentleman’s Club threatens this family-friendly atmosphere and poses a direct risk to my property value. It is my understanding that this application would also violate Benton County codes as it within 1,000 feet of approximately 100 homes and a variety of businesses.
I, do HEREBY EXPRESS MY ADAMANT OPPOSITION TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A "GENTLEMAN’S CLUB" by Tony Catroppa (DBA Tony C’s Hots NWA), and petition the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration Alcoholic Beverage Control Division (ABC) to deny Tony Catroppa’s application.
