STEP 1 - Determine Which Covenants Apply to Your Property
Search for your property records at ARCountyData.com
1. Select "Benton County"
2. Click on the button "Search Real Estate Records"
3. Enter your address, street, city and click "Submit"
4. Note the "Location" listed for your property
ex: "Putmans 3rd Addition, Lot 21"

STEP 2 - Search for the Covenant Documents for Your Home
1. Click on the Button to access the Google Drive folder
2. Search by Subdivision, click on the folder
3. Search by section of Subdivision, if necessary
4. Click on the PDF file to view the recorded covenants and addendums
