MISSION
The mission of the Prairie Creek Association is to inform and encourage residents to promote the development, environmental wellbeing and property values of the area; to encourage cooperation with local, state and federal agencies; and to keep residents informed of all issues that might concern them and encourage them to support the covenants.
WHO CAN JOIN?
Membership in the association is open to all residential real estate owners upon payment of the annual membership dues. There is only one membership and one vote per household for any issue submitted to the general membership at the annual Membership meeting.
WHY JOIN?
Residents of Prairie Creek are encouraged to join with their neighbors to build a strong community. Members benefit from receiving reliable information and news, advocacy on issues that affect the area, and improved property values and quality of life.
